The friendliest and most helpful staff. Really nice hotel rooms for upgraded suites. Club room was so pretty. Tucked in behind the main shopping area without all the hustle.

An execptional experience from start to finish
Firstly the staff at this hotel are exceptional and need to know that throughout the world service and charm has become a limited commodity. Coupled with the most incredibly comfortable bed and linen, spotlessly clean bathroom and beautiful historic surroundings we cannot recommend this hotel if you are lucky enough to find yourself in Palma.

Great find. Perfect location.
Room was beautiful. Hotel building and location excellent. Staff amazing. Private spa...you have to book.
No restaurant. Outdoor sun terrace v small and you have to book it. Little pool v shallow.

Beautiful hotel in a nice location
Very well presented boutique hotel, in a good location. Central enough to walk everywhere in Palma, but still a quiet area with nice breakfast and lunch places around. José on front desk was especially helpful. Great shower!
The room is a little small; door to the bathroom isn’t very effective.
